What delivery options do you offer?
We offer the following delivery methods:
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) – R100
- Pep to Pep Delivery (7-9 business days) – R100
- Soccer Kit Delivery (Special Handling, R250)
- Click & Collect (pick up your order at our store)
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are currently focused on providing the best possible delivery service within South Africa.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your order’s status.
What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
- For Standard Delivery & Soccer Kit Delivery, if you’re not available at the time of delivery:
- The courier may leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbor.
- A delivery attempt notice will be left with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
For Pep to Pep Delivery, you will receive an SMS notification once your order arrives at your selected Pep store. Please bring your ID and have your SMS information on hand when collecting your package.
