- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are only allowed for size or color swaps of the same item.
- Certain items, such as underwear and personalized items, are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

3. Exchange via Courier
- If exchanging via courier, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
4. Items Received Incorrect
- If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.
